  1. I would urge everyone to pray for Shannon and his wife. They need to find God in a time like this.

  2. I agree. There is nothing worse than being kicked when you're down.

  3. Amen to the above. Shannon, Ginger, Brianna and Hunter need our prayers. Also, they need strength and encouragement from their extended families (parents, etc.), so I certainly include them in my prayers, as well. Hopefully, one day, they will be able to become a family again.

Also, would like to add that I do hope a quick resolution can be made for the innocent victims in this whole ordeal.

  4. I don't think Shannon purposely intended to steal from anyone. If I live in the community I have lived in my entire life, have a business and a family there, why would I intentionally steal from people knowing that would put me in jail? It doesn't make sense. No, I believe Shannon is guilty of greed. He believed he was in on a way to make money through disingenuous means and he convinced others that they could make money too. I am convinced he really believed that they would all make money. Of course that doesn't sell papers so the media will try to make this seem as shady as they can. I'm not saying Shannon didn't make mistakes, but he's defintely not evil nor a "sociopath" as some so-called victims have claimed. Let's keep some perspective: Everyone involved thought they were getting in on a deal and it backfired. This should be a cautionary tale to all.
